Hello everyone! My name is Shelby O’Farrell and I am currently a senior at Texas State University – San Marcos. I never thought I would ever become a blogger but I am taking a course this semester (Fundamentals of Digital and Online Media) that requires us to create a blog. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to blog about and then my roommate, Jill, brought up music and it just clicked.
Like a lot of people these days, my taste in music covers a wide array of genres. In this blog I plan to review albums, let y’all know about new music and artists I come across, and also create playlists that can be used for various occasions. I’m sure that I will talk about more than that but for now that’s all that comes to mind. I can’t wait to get started and hopefully get connected with y’all and hear what your opinions are on my posts! Feel free to let me know about music and artists you are interested in so I can further expand my musical pallet. I love being exposed to new music. So that’s going to be all for today.
